Canoe Lake Health Centre will now be booking appointments to see the nurses.

Please call Reception to book an appointment.

We Thank you for your patience & understanding with this process.
If you have any questions or concerns please call the Health Director @ 306-829-2140

These are the Hours:

 

8:30 am - 12:00 pm

(Nurses will see patients from 8:30 am to 10:00 am ONLY)

 

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

(Nurses will see patients from 1:00 pm -3:00 pm ONLY)

ATTENTION MANDATORY

Please have your health card updated, address, phone number, and treaty number if applicable before being seen by the nurse.
Thank you for your understanding & cooperation.

Outside of these hours, Nursing services are available for Emergency cases only...


Emergencies are as follows:

  • Chest Pain

  • Large cuts with severe bleeding & or requiring stitches

  • High Fever in children exceeding 48 hours unrelieved by Tylenol or Motrin

  • Pregnant Women

  • Seizures

  • Allergic Reactions (Anaphylaxis)

  • Sudden Severe Abdominal Pain

  • Trauma Situations such as broken bones or vehicular accidents

  • Sudden Trouble Breathing (Asthma)

  • Head injuries

  • Coughing up excess blood and vomiting blood

  • Suicidal Feelings/Tendencies

After hour/call weekends is for emergencies that require further transport to a hospital.
